The following terms are applicable for any subscriptions or services you purchase from us.
We at ProPlanify appreciate your trust in choosing our project management platform. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it outlines your rights and obligations with respect to payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Our Commitment
At ProPlanify, we take pride in the reliability of our SaaS platform and strive to deliver the best experience for managing projects, tasks, and collaboration. If you face any issues with our service, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve the issue promptly before considering a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only considered when there is a clear and demonstrable issue with ProPlanify services that prevents you from using the platform as intended.
- No refunds will be issued for subscription cancellations due to a change of mind after service access has been granted.
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible.
- Partial refunds are not available for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions once the billing cycle has started.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any setup fees, onboarding fees, or customization charges are non-refundable.
- Payments made to third-party integrations, plugins, or services connected to ProPlanify are not covered by this policy.
- Credits, promotional discounts, or free trial extensions cannot be converted into monetary refunds.
Change of Plan
If you choose to switch to a different subscription plan, any remaining balance from your current plan (after deducting the time used) may be applied as a credit toward the new plan. Refunds are not provided in this case.
Service Disruptions
While ProPlanify makes every effort to ensure uptime and smooth operations, occasional downtime, technical issues, or disruptions caused by internet providers or third-party services are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds.
Force Majeure
ProPlanify will not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or labor disputes.
